Privacy policy
Short version: haij.dk sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The demos run on made-up data and delete everything within 24 hours. We use no providers outside the EU.
Who we are
haij.dk is run by Vinther Consulting, which is the data controller for the information described here. You can write to us at martin@vintherconsulting.dk.
What we collect on haij.dk
The front page is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. When you visit, our web server writes a line in its log with your IP address, the time, the page you asked for and the name of your browser. The log is used only for operations and security and is deleted after 30 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure.
The demos
The demos of the tools are for trying, not for working in. They run on made-up data, and you must not enter real personal data or confidential information in them. Whatever you enter anyway sits on our server in the EU, is deleted automatically within 24 hours and cannot be restored.
The demos set one cookie that keeps your session, and it disappears when the session expires. AI features in the demos send what you write to Mistral AI in France, which is a subprocessor for us. The demo terms are on a page of their own.
Applying for access
If you apply for access to one of the tools, we keep your name, your e-mail and your company's name until the application has been handled. If you are admitted, the information follows your account. If not, we delete it within 30 days. The legal basis is that you ask for it yourself (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
Tools in production
If your organization uses one of the tools with real data on our servers, your organization is the data controller and we are the data processor under a data processing agreement. Each tool has its own privacy policy and its own public list of subprocessors.
Who we share with
Our server is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany. AI features use Mistral AI in Paris, France. We use no providers outside the EU for operations, and we do not sell or share information with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of information about you, and you can object to the processing. Write to martin@vintherconsulting.dk. If you disagree with our answer, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
Changes
If we change the policy, we update the date at the top of the page. Significant changes are mentioned on the front page.
